Parents and Children Face Challenges Today

Coaching Parents of Children between Infancy and 8 Years Old

Parents cope with the stress of supporting a family, chauffeuring children to various activities, doctor appointments, dental appointments and creating a healthy, happy, safe “home” to land in, every day. Some are single parents, some live in two-breadwinner families, and some must assume the parenting responsibilities for a spouse who works extended hours or may be away on active duty.

Heavy work loads and job insecurity often make it difficult to find the time and energy for nurturing and parenting children with the "Presence" of mind to be “with” your children during busy days. Grandparents today may have jobs of their own or they may live far away, and may not be available to give physical, spiritual or emotional support to parents and grandchildren when those grandchildren are born and as they grow up. They may not be able to provide informal child care relief so parents can have some time for themselves.

Children don't come with instruction manuals. Lack of family or community support may leave parents feeling isolated and at a loss for guidance. Parent Coaching Services excels in helping parents be the finest "life coach" for their children. With the skills and insights learned through Parent Coaching, parents help their children succeed in being the very best person they are!
